I’m a speaker, moderator and founder exploring the intersection of entrepreneurship, work and modern life.
My story
I founded Stretching the City in 2010, initially teaching yoga to stressed-out professionals in London. What began as a one-woman side project has grown into a multi-six-figure workplace wellbeing consultancy, working with organisations including Amazon, the Cabinet Office and Universal Music Group.
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve built the business from the ground up - navigating growth, uncertainty and the realities of running a company alongside real life.
Alongside running Stretching the City, I now speak and moderate conversations on entrepreneurship, modern work, wellbeing and motherhood — grounded in the realities of building a business alongside everything else life brings.

A little more about me
I’m a founder, boy mum (twice!) and lifelong learner. unapologetically powered by strong coffee and dark chocolate, I’ve been building businesses since my mid-twenties. I’m still endlessly curious about how people work, think and live and I love bringing people together through ideas and conversation.
Author, speaker & wellbeing voice
Alongside building Stretching the City, I’m also the author of The Wellbeing Guide to London.
My writing has appeared in The Guardian, The Times and Condé Nast Traveller, and I’ve spoken at festivals, leadership events and brand gatherings across the UK.
My early work in wellbeing (including training as a yoga teacher and health coach) continues to shape my perspective today, but my work now lives more in conversation than instruction.
I’m most at home on a stage, in a panel chair or facilitating a discussion - creating space for more honest conversations about work, ambition and modern life.
